1. Where do you ship?
We currently offer free International shipping.
2. How long does shipping take?
7–21 business days (depending on location)
Please note: during peak seasons or promotions, delivery may take a little longer.
3. When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
5. What sizes do you offer?
We stock sizes ranging from newborn (0000) up to size 6. Please refer to our Size Guide on the product pages for detailed measurements.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
7. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
We're so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right immediately.
